Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Kayvio OS. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. We've kept them plain.
Research, not financial advice
Kayvio OS is a research and information tool. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, legal or betting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or sportsbook, and we never hold your money. Every decision you make is your own. Markets and betting involve real risk, including losing everything you put in. Past results never guarantee future ones. Talk to a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.
What Kayvio OS is
Kayvio OS is an AI search tool for money questions. You ask a question, we gather public market, economic, filing, news and sports data, and we hand back a written report with what we found, why it matters, how confident we are and what could go wrong.
That's the whole product. We do not manage money, place trades, place bets, or connect to your accounts to act on your behalf.
We never hold your money
Kayvio OS is non-custodial. There are no wallets, balances, deposits, withdrawals or in-app trading. When a report suggests an action, you carry it out yourself in a third-party app such as a brokerage or sportsbook. Those companies have their own terms and we are not responsible for what happens there.
The only payment we take is the membership fee for the app itself, handled by our payment processor.
Your account
You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to use financial and betting information where you live. Keep your login details private — you're responsible for activity on your account. One person per account, and don't share, resell or automate access.
Membership and billing
Paid membership renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for. Prices can change, and we'll tell you before a change affects you. Except where the law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable.
Data accuracy
We use live data from third-party providers and show you when each piece was last checked. Data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and providers can go down. If we can't verify something, we say so instead of guessing. We don't promise the data is accurate, complete or up to date.
Things you agree not to do
Don't scrape, copy or resell our reports or data. Don't reverse engineer the app, try to break into it, or use it to build a competing product. Don't use it for anything illegal, including where market or betting information is restricted.
Our intellectual property
The Kayvio OS name, logo, design, code and report format belong to us. Using the app doesn't give you any rights to them beyond viewing your own reports.
Limits of liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading, betting or investment losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect or consequential damages. Where liability can't be excluded, it is capped at what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending your access
You can delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the app means you accept it. Questions? Email support@capitolos.app.
