This explains what we collect, why, and what control you have. We don't sell your personal information.
Research, not financial advice
Kayvio OS is a research and information tool. Nothing in the app is financial, investment, tax, legal or betting advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything. We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser or sportsbook, and we never hold your money. Every decision you make is your own. Markets and betting involve real risk, including losing everything you put in. Past results never guarantee future ones. Talk to a licensed professional before acting on anything you read here.
What we collect
Account details — your name, email address and, if you use phone sign-in, your phone number. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we get only the basic profile they pass along.
What you ask — the questions you search and the reports we generate, so you can revisit them and so we can enforce usage limits.
Membership status — whether you're on a paid plan, plus billing records from our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
Basic usage data — device type, approximate region and error logs, used to keep the app working.
What we don't collect
We're non-custodial, so there are no wallets, balances or transfers to track. We don't connect to your brokerage or sportsbook accounts, and we don't collect your trading history, bank credentials or holdings.
Why we use it
To run your account, generate reports, process membership payments, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We use your questions to make the app better; we don't publish them or tie them to you in anything public.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to operate: hosting and database, authentication, the payment processor, and the AI and market-data providers that power reports. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We also share information if the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information or trade it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Account and search history stay while your account is open. Delete your account and we remove your personal data within 30 days, except billing records we're legally required to keep.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is restricted by row-level security so you can only reach your own records, and payments run through a PCI-compliant processor. No system is perfect, so use a strong, unique password.
Your choices
You can view and edit your name in the app, request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account entirely. Email support@capitolos.app and we'll handle it.
Children
Kayvio OS is for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top and, for anything significant, tell you in the app.
